Information we collect

When you fill out a form on the site, we collect the information you provide to us:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email
• Your city
• The type of project and the details you describe to us

We also collect browsing data (pages visited, device, aggregated audience data) through cookies, only if you consent to it.

Why we collect it

We use your information for specific purposes:

• Respond to your request and support you with your project
• Put you in contact with partner companies from our network to obtain your quotes
• Communicate with you about your project
• Measure the site’s audience and improve it

We do not sell your personal information.

Your consent

By sending us your information through a form, you consent to our use of it for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, subject to the information needed to follow up on a request in progress.

Sharing with third parties

To deliver the service, we share the necessary information with carefully selected companies in your region, solely to prepare your quotes.

We also rely on providers that process certain data on our behalf:

• Google (Google Tag Manager and audience measurement tools), to understand how the site is used
• Microsoft Clarity, to analyze navigation in aggregate (heatmaps and anonymized session recordings), only if you accept cookies
• Search Atlas, for content optimization
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer relationship management (CRM) tool, which receives and centralizes the requests sent through our forms
• Our host (Vercel), to host and serve the site

Some of these providers, including our CRM GoHighLevel and our host, process or store data outside Quebec, notably in the United States. We take reasonable measures to ensure adequate protection, in line with Quebec’s Law 25.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device. The site uses two categories of cookies:

• Necessary cookies: for the site to function. Always active.
• Measurement and marketing cookies: audience and performance. Placed only with your consent.

By default, non-necessary cookies are refused. The banner at the bottom of the screen lets you accept or refuse, just as easily either way. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies in your browser, which will bring the banner back.

Retention

We keep your information for up to two (2) years after our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires a different period, then we destroy or anonymize it securely.

Your rights

Law 25 gives you rights over your personal information:

• Access your information and obtain a copy of it
• Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected
• Withdraw your consent
• Request the deletion of your information, within the limits set by law

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure.
